The Dallas Oromo Evangelical Baptist Church began as a gathering of Oromo language speaking brothers and sisters in Christ from Dallas and surrounding cities. Now under the sponsorship of Forest Meadow Baptist Church, it has grown into an Evangelical Baptist Church.
Our Mission
Our mission is to proclaim the Gospel of Jesus Christ to every nation, beginning with our Oromo language (Afaan Oromo) speaking brothers and sisters. As the word of God told us, you are the light of the world and let your light shine.
Core Values
With the help of God we are here to proclaim the Good News “Jesus is the only way and truth and life” for those who believe in him to live eternal life. Our strategy is to teach every existing and new member to become a disciple of the gospel to perform the evangelistic approach.
